In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "si6x", "we", "us", "our" refers to the si6x platform accessible at https://si6x.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the si6x platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the si6x platform.
• "Platform" means the si6x website, mobile-optimised interface, and all software, systems, and services made available through https://si6x.io.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any other entertainment or wagering products offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which si6x accounts are denominated and all transactions are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins, or other incentive awards credited to a Player's account by si6x.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Verification" means the process by which si6x confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the si6x Platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not create or attempt to create an Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and si6x with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

To be eligible to register and use the si6x Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. si6x strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order issued by si6x or any other recognised gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by si6x for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not acting as a professional gambler in a manner designed to exploit promotional structures or obtain systematic advantage over other players or the Platform.

si6x reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

To access the full range of si6x Services, you must create a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number associated with your nominated payment method.

You are strictly limited to one Account per person. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Funds, and may result in a permanent ban from the Platform.

You must not register using false, incomplete, or misleading information. Any Account found to have been created using falsified details will be closed without prior notice and any funds held in that Account may be forfeited pending investigation.

si6x reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Registration of an Account does not guarantee access to all Services — specific Services may require additional verification or eligibility checks.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify si6x immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. si6x will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account prior to your notification to us, provided that we have acted reasonably.

si6x will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from si6x that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

You must ensure that you log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. si6x accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to properly secure your Account on shared devices.

All deposits to your si6x Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. si6x does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Attempting to deposit using another person's payment method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

si6x accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — all processed instantly with no platform fee.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times may vary by institution.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and account verification level. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. si6x does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider or mobile wallet operator are outside si6x's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt. si6x accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or mobile network infrastructure outside our control.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your si6x Account. si6x operates a same-method withdrawal policy to protect against money laundering and financial fraud.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. si6x charges no platform fee on withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to your nominated mobile wallet or bank account typically within 1–24 hours for verified accounts, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Before processing your first withdrawal, si6x will require full account verification. Verification documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months;
• Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

si6x reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification, investigation of suspected fraud or Terms breach, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. In such cases, si6x will communicate the reason for delay and the expected resolution timeline to the affected Player.

Only funds representing real-money deposits and verified winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the withdrawal amount automatically.

si6x offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions that apply to all si6x bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before conversion to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the applicable time limit will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are listed in each promotion's full terms.
• si6x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus structures — including but not limited to placing opposing bets, systematically exploiting low-risk bet patterns to meet wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts — will have all bonus balances forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

All sports betting markets, odds, and results on si6x are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are published in the betting rules section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

si6x reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

For live in-play betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — the following conditions apply:

• Bets are accepted subject to connection stability and data feed availability. si6x accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• In-play odds are updated in real time and may change between bet placement and confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• si6x reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical match events.

Casino and live dealer game results are determined by certified random number generation systems supplied by the relevant game provider. si6x has no ability to influence individual game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the game engine.

In the event of a genuine technical fault during a game session that prevents normal completion of a round, the affected round may be cancelled and stakes returned. si6x's decision on such matters is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 18.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the si6x Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, or registering under a false or third-party identity;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage not available to standard users;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional structures, or systematically extract value from the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information-based betting on cricket, football, or any other sport offered on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Sharing your Account with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf;
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or data feed delays for financial gain;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward si6x support staff or other Players;
• Taking any action that could damage, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the si6x Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

si6x monitors all account activity for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, si6x may immediately suspend or terminate the affected Account, withhold or forfeit balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

si6x is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

si6x provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at set intervals to remind you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and, for permanent exclusions, cannot be reversed. Temporary self-exclusion periods must run their full course before reinstatement can be requested.

si6x will not market to any Player who has self-excluded or is subject to a cooling-off period. We take our duty of care to Players seriously and review our responsible gaming practices regularly.

All content, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, data compilations, and other materials available on the si6x Platform are the intellectual property of si6x or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any si6x trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data-collection tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of si6x intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law. si6x reserves all rights not expressly granted under this licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, si6x and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

si6x's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your si6x Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

si6x does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and events outside si6x's reasonable control (including network failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or force majeure events) may affect Platform availability. si6x will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes si6x's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

si6x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

si6x uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the si6x Platform. Payment details are processed securely and are never stored in plain text on si6x servers.

si6x may share your personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances: (a) with payment processors and verification service providers strictly necessary for Account and transaction processing; (b) where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority; (c) with successor entities in the event of a corporate restructuring or acquisition, subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

si6x will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection law.

si6x reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — si6x will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by law, may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://si6x.io/terms-conditions, and the effective date at the top of the document will reflect the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 16.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the si6x support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

si6x reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• You are found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• si6x reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with your Account;
• You are found to be under the age of 21;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require Account closure;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In cases of Account termination for breach of these Terms, si6x reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a material breach, balances derived from the breach may be forfeited. Any real-money deposits not connected to the breach will be returned to the depositing payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the si6x Platform in the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, account decision, or any other matter relating to your use of si6x, you should first contact the si6x support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. si6x commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

si6x is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and efficiently. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter may be escalated to si6x's senior compliance team by requesting an escalation in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint Escalation".
